Courtesy should be necessary in H.K.D

This is very essential attribute for housekeeping staff. Especially Room Attendants and housekeeping staff.

They are constantly in contact with the guests. They should always greet the guest with smile.

If any guest repuests for some extra service or the other housekeeping service , it should be done with politeness and charm.

If it is within the management policy, if not should responsed politely.

All hotel's staff should be know about courtesy.
